The heart of my practice is centered around trauma informed care, which is predicated on the idea that all clients should be approached as if they have a history of trauma, because, unfortunately, trauma disproportionately impacts women, LGBTQIA2S+, and BIPOC folks. Practicing through this lens helps to create a culture of safety, empowerment, and healing.
 

All in-person appointments are conducted in the privacy and safety of your own home. You are surrounded by the things that bring you comfort. No cold stirrups. No sterile waiting rooms jam-packed with people. No long & laborious drives to your providers office. I find it so fulfilling to meet you in your place of power. In your home.

As a member of the LGBTQIA2S+ community, I wholeheartedly welcome any and all folks to experience the transformative power of midwifery care with me as your provider. Folks of any orientation, color, size, and shape are welcome. Jess is also a HAES practitioner, and is excited to support you at any size.
